November Wisdom
As we welcome November and the shift into daylight savings, we’re reminded of the importance of rest and renewal. With the days growing shorter and the natural world inviting us to turn inward, it’s the perfect time to embrace the wisdom of fall. This season encourages us to slow down and reflect, allowing ourselves to honor our own rhythms.

Oh Me, Oh My it’s Fall!
Fall is my favorite season! I love the coolness in the air and the crisp mornings. I love the way the leaves start to change colors, reminding me that we are always changing and evolving. I love all the gentle nudges the season brings.
Lessons from Spring
As we sow our seeds for the season ahead, I am reminded by my sweet child how to love the unknown. To love the space below the dirt, the things we can not see. Every plant and seed we planted in our garden, got our energy, our love, our gratitude. I watched her child like wonder of believing anything is possible and her unwavering trust in the Earth to nourish the seeds of possibility. The adult (Ego) knows that not all those seeds will sow, we plant many seeds in hopes of having a few grow. Today I choose to lean into that child like wonder, the limitless belief that anything is possible.
What do you believe is possible when you look at the world from the place of the child?🌱
